Visa issued at the Embassy - What is the invitation visa form?

Visa invitation letter means that after paying tuition to the Korean School, the school will provide you with an invitation letter for you to complete your visa application at the Korean Embassy or Consulate in Vietnam.

With this form, your application will be received and processed by the Embassy/Consulate. Furthermore, in addition to verifying your application, they will also let you participate in an additional Korean interview round.

What is Visa Code?

Visa Code means that after completing tuition payment to the Korean school, the school will submit your application to the Immigration Department of the area where the school is affiliated.

With this form, your profile will be reviewed by the Immigration Department and then decide whether to issue a Code to you or not. This means that if you have the Code, you will definitely have a Visa and vice versa, if you fail the Code, you will not get a Visa.

After having the Code, you still have to prepare documents to apply for a Visa at the Korean Embassy or Consulate in Vietnam.

Electronic Visa What is E Visa?

Electronic Visa E Visa is a new form of Korean Visa, this Visa is applied to both Study Abroad programs with Master's programs of certified schools (TOP 2) and all college and university programs. with elite schools (TOP 1)

With this form, the Korean Immigration Department is also the unit that approves and issues Visas, however we must register online through the portal: https://www.visa.go.kr .

When you have an E Visa, you just need to print that Visa to enter the country, no need to go through the Embassy or Consulate to apply for a Visa.

Applying for an E-visa in Korea is done in the following order:

Step 1: Visit the website of the Korean Immigration Agency.

Step 2: Enter visa application information. Specifically, enter a photo of your passport's personal page and a personal portrait photo. Portrait photos must have the face looking straight, without glasses. Once you have filled in all the information, you will be issued an electronic file number.

Step 3: Pay the Korean visa fee according to regulations.

Step 4: Use the electronic record code to double-check information. If approved, print the Korean electronic visa.
