A. ABOUT SCHOOL

As the name suggests, Jeju Tourism College is a school specializing in training in the fields of tourism, hospitality, and community care services. In addition, some training in the technical field is also provided.

B. LANGUAGE TRAINING PROGRAM

– Requirements: Graduated from high school

Cost for 12-month language course (6 months for dormitory only):

+ Admission fee: 50,000 KRW

+ Tuition: 4,160,000 KRW (12 months)

+ Dormitory: 600,000 KRW (6 months, Double room)

+ Insurance amount: 150,000 KRW

Total: 4,960,000 KRW

01: Submit admission application and visa-related documents (Letter, File scan)

05: Tuition payment (Jeju Tourism College designated account)

06: Issue standard admission certificates and notify candidates

※ Visa application procedures may vary by country.

– If you are a citizen of China, Vietnam, Uzbekistan or Mongolia, submit complete documents to the school, check your Visa at the Jeju Immigration Office and receive a visa number notification.

07: Submit visa application at the Korean Embassy

08: Enter the country after adjusting the admission schedule with the school

09: Opening ceremony and orientation

Some note:

01: In case the student does not pass the Visa from the Immigration Department of the Ministry of Justice of Korea, the student will not be admitted for admission even though he or she has received the admission letter.

02: If the student does not pay the tuition fee within the specified period, the student's final admission status will be revoked.

03: If the documents and records provided by the student are false to reality, the admission status will be canceled.

04: After enrolling, any problems that arise must comply with the school's Korean language education guidelines.

05: Submitted documents will not be returned.

06: During the process of reviewing and approving the application, some additional documents may be required.

※ When transferring in dollars, differences may occur due to exchange rate fluctuations, and the excess payment will be refunded after admission.

※ If the visa is not received, the payment will be refunded to the student's account.

– In case parents divorce or pass away: Submit divorce certificate or death certificate

– If your household registration is different from your parents', submit proof of kinship

Proof of academic ability

Choose one of the following 3 methods (For China, only method 3 can be applied)

① Proof documents such as degrees (Education) confirmed by Apostille (Apostille member country)

②Documents proving your degree (education level) confirmed by the Korean consulate or consul at the embassy in Korea where you study

③ If you have obtained a degree in China, you must submit a CHSI (Graduation) degree certification report issued by the Certificate/Degree Center run by the Ministry of Education of China.

 

Prove financial capacity 1. Documents proving bank savings of the student or guarantor (Parents)

– Savings book balance for Korean language course (8,000,000 KRW or more)

※ If balance certificate is sent in dollars, etc. instead of Korean Won, it will be calculated according to the quarterly exchange rate (1.1/ 4.1/ 7.1/ 10.1) immediately before issuance of the certificate receive.

– Balance proof is issued within 30 days from the date of visa application

※ However, if the balance certificate has an expiration date, it will be recognized for up to 6 months.

2. Notarize the employment certificate or professional certificate of the applicant or financial guarantor (Write company name, working time and position)

3. Notarized income certificate of the applicant or financial guarantor (Monthly salary or annual salary)

4. In case the financial guarantor is a business individual, submit a copy of the Business Registration Certificate.

5. Notarize the certificate of real estate ownership of the applicant or financial guarantor

6. Special financial proof for Vietnamese learners (Confirmation of deposit for study abroad expenses)

– Woori Bank Korea locally

– Proof method: Deposit system for study abroad expenses

(When applying for a visa after registering a deferred payment financial product, submit a confirmation of the balance of paid study abroad expenses - the confirmation of the deposit balance must clearly state the conditional payment suspension period )
